The Devon and Somerset Gliding Club is run entirely on a voluntary basis.
Every member contributes in one way or another, making sure the equipment is checked and available on flying days, driving the winch, logging flights and pushing/pulling gliders around the field.
There is a mangement committee, and a number of people who manage specific roles around the club, but the club would simply not function without the amazing instructor team we have.

The DSGC Management Team is elected at the Annual General Meeting and consists of Chairman, Vice-Chairman, Secretary and Treasurer, 6 Committee members and the CFI.
The instructor team are dedicated to helping the members get the most out of gliding, they are unpaid and do it for the reward in seeing others progress.
